Glasgow hosted the third-ever Hybrid Games event and the first in Scotland, with more than 3,400 finishers across solo and doubles making it their biggest competition to date.
What Is The Hybrid Games?
The Hybrid Games format combines repeated runs with a series of strength and conditioning stations. Athletes rotate between running and functional movements until the final sprint finish. It is similar to HYROX but swaps the 1km runs for shorter 600m runs and adds a ninth station. Movements xxxxxx creating a slightly different mix of endurance and strength.
