Austin delivered one of the fastest DEKA FIT events of the season, with both the men’s and women’s fields producing leaderboard shakeups. On the men’s side, Isaac Sanderson went 30:00, a time that places him firmly inside the global top 15. Lucas Garrett and Glenn Racz also posted results that matter for the season leaderboard. For the women, Vivian Tafuto and Katherine Fahsbender turned in strong performances that reinforced their global top 10 positions, while three more American athletes moved into the top 20.

Global Context
Sanderson’s 30:00 now sits inside the global top 15, one of the fastest times of the season. Garrett’s 31:30 moves him near the top 20, while Racz’s 32:03 remains competitive just outside.
On the women’s side, Tafuto’s 32:18 and Fahsbender’s 32:38 strengthened their spots in the global top 10. Carolyn Watkins (33:49), Bree Schrader (34:59), and Tracie Akerhielm (36:29) all broke into the global top 20, expanding the presence of US athletes on the leaderboard.
