DEKA put on a full DEKA FIT for the first time ever in the UK this weekend with full elite races on both the men’s and women’s sides. On the men’s side, David Parkin went sub-32 with a 31:58, a time that briefly put him inside the global top 20 before Austin’s results later in the day pushed him back to 21st. The women’s podium was led by Mimi Paton in 38:51, with two more athletes breaking 40 minutes behind her.
