Alex has been on the podium every year there’s been a HYROX World Championship. This year in Nice, France, he put it all together for a victory over top HYROX men Hunter McIntyre, Michael Sandbach, and James Kelly. We talk about his HYROX World Championship, the bidding war happening between On and PUMA for his racing shoe, what’s next for him and much more.

Lauren won the HYROX World Championship in 2020, and 2021. In 2022, she raced the World Champs 7 months pregnant. In 2023, she came back to win the world championship again. Going for her 4th title this year in Nice, she came across a brutal sled pull and found herself way behind. She fought back to finish 2nd in a perhaps that will not soon be forgotten.
