Eddie Ifft is a standup comic and the host of the WODcast Podcast. When not doing comedy on the road, he works out, surfs, and does the occasional Ultra. He was in Atlanta performing at The Punchline, so I met him in his hotel for a sit-down interview. This is the podcast we started during The Pandemic, but never finished.
