What is DEKA Atlas? What’s DEKA ATLAS Foundations?
DEKA announced the birth of ATLAS back in October, introducing a new DEKA event featuring different movements, heavier weights, a jump rope, and a 30-minute time cap.
Today, we learned about Foundations, a scaled version of the workout that also has a 30-minute time cap.
Unlike FIT, MILE, and STRONG, everyone who participates will NOT receive a medal.
