The LT Games will head to Texas for the first time this fall.

After two editions at Life Time headquarters in Minnesota, the functional fitness competition will make its first trip outside the state when it arrives in Frisco, Texas, about 30 minutes north of Dallas, this October.

Founded by Life Time, the LT Games feature a standardized competition that combines 17 stations of running with functional fitness challenges, giving athletes a repeatable test of fitness across multiple divisions.

The move to Texas marks the first expansion of the event beyond Minnesota and places the competition in one of the country’s fastest-growing hybrid fitness markets.
