HYROX will debut in Salt Lake City, Utah in 2026, expanding the race series into a new region of the United States.

The event will take place at the Salt Palace Convention Center and is expected to attract athletes from across the western United States.

Salt Lake City is one of several new markets added to the HYROX North America fall calendar for 2026, alongside Tampa, Denver, and Nashville.

What to Expect at HYROX Salt Lake City

Athletes will compete in the standard HYROX race format consisting of eight 1-kilometer runs, each followed by a functional workout station.
