How the Life Time Games Workout Works
Life Time has officially released the workout format and standards for the Life Time Games, debuting October 25–26 at the Target Center in Minneapolis.
The event is scored for time. Each barbell, dumbbell, wall ball, and D-ball station has a set total of pounds or inches that must be completed. Athletes can choose heavier weights for fewer reps or lighter weights for more reps to reach the required total.
You are assigned a judge who will count/judge your reps through the entire race.

Hello! I have a question Im going to do it tomorrow at my home Gym Crossfit, my question is if I need to have the barbell ready before the start or after the 1000k run do I need to put the weight plates in order to start with deadlift? And the same for the shoulder to overhead? thank you!
They way it was done at the event was you had to load your barbell before each station, but the judge would reset it after you got done.
