Livestream Schedule (Central Time)
Thursday, June 12: The HYROX Press Conference will stream at 4:00pm Central.

The Elite 15 Women race goes off at 7:00 PM, followed by the Elite 15 Men at 8:30 PM.
Both races will be broadcast in primetime from The Grid.

Friday, June 13: The Mixed Relay Invitational kicks off at 7:00 PM, featuring 20 countries competing in a fast-paced team format.

Saturday, June 14: Pro Doubles takes center stage, with the Women’s final at 7:00 PM and the Men’s final at 8:30 PM.

Sunday, June 15: The Adaptive Invitational begins with the Women’s division at 4:30 PM, followed by the Men’s race at 5:15 PM. As of now, no livestream is scheduled for Sunday’s races.
