Athlete Representation Continues to Grow in Hybrid Fitness Racing

Swoop Talent is making moves in the hybrid fitness racing world, representing a growing list of elite athletes including Lauren Weeks, Jon Wynn, Maria Fecik, Jess Pettrow, and Kate Davey.

The agency says it was born out of necessity—after reviewing a questionable brand contract for one top athlete, they realized many competitors were signing deals without fully understanding the terms. That moment led to the launch of Swoop Talent Management, with a mission to protect and support athletes as the sport grows.

Swoop joins Ripple (signed Dylan Scott 6 weeks ago), Bakland (handling deals for Jacoby, McIntyre, Massa, Wietrzyk, and more), and athletes like Alex Roncevic—who recently signed a shoe deal with ON—in a fast-growing landscape where fitness racing athletes are getting the support—and contracts—they deserve.

As hybrid racing grows in visibility and commercial interest, the presence of athlete management teams is becoming more common. What used to be a DIY hustle is evolving into a professional support system.

The pieces are falling into place for a more professional era in fitness racing.
