HYROX has announced the addition of the Pro Doubles Elite 15 World Championship to its Elite competition series. This new division will feature top doubles athletes competing for the world title at the 2024 World Championship. The Pro Doubles Elite 15 will bring high-paced, intense racing to the HYROX community, focusing on the best male and female doubles teams.
Teams can qualify for the World Championship by placing in the top three at the following events:
Houston – March 15-16
Melbourne – December 14-15
Additional races in Miami, Paris, and London
There are currently races scheduled in Paris and London in November this year. It is our understanding that the Pro Doubles races will be additional races in those cities in early 2025.
Key rules for the competition include no mixed doubles teams, athletes must compete with the same partner they qualified with, and each athlete can only qualify once.
The Pro Doubles category has become one of the most popular HYROX events, with over 50% of athletes competing in some form of doubles. Since its launch in January 2024, the Pro Doubles has been a highly requested division, and now the Elite 15 Doubles will have its own spotlight.
For the record, the current fastest times are:
Hunter McIntyre & Micheal Sandbach finished in 50:18 in January in Manchester.
Linda Meier and Megan Jacoby set the fastest female pro doubles time with 55:02 in April of this year in Cologne, Germany.

When it says each athlete can only qualify once does this mean if you qualify in the singles for elite 15 you can’t also qualify for the doubles?
It means you can’t race with two teams.
