Hybrid Fitness Top 20 Men – December 2023

December Rankings Introduction: In our continuing effort to rank the top athletes in the field of hybrid fitness, we present this month’s edition of the Hybrid Fitness Top 20. We typically announce on the 1st, but with 2 major events last weekend, we delayed it slightly.

Defining Hybrid Fitness: Hybrid fitness is a dynamic field, constantly evolving and shaped by athletes, fans, and media members. It defies exact science, with each voter applying their unique criteria.

Scoring System: To rank these athletes, we employ a points-based system. Athletes receive 20 points for a 1st place vote, 19 points for 2nd place, 18 points for 3rd, and so on. In case of tie scores, preference is given to the athlete with the highest vote on any individual list.

The panelists:

Jack Bauer – Race Brain.

Dave Claxton – OFX.

Matt B. Davis – HFM. ORM.

Ian Kay – UKHXR. UKOCR.

Rich Ryan – Race Brain.

Marcus Wallace – HFM.

December 2023 Hybrid Rankings:

In this month’s Men’s Hybrid Rankings, Hunter maintains his top spot, while last month, he and Kent shared the majority of votes for the first and second positions. However, Rylan made a significant leap from the 4th to the 2nd rank this month, thanks to his impressive performance. Rylan secured this jump by winning two out of the three DEKA Championship events and finishing 2nd in the STRONG competition.

Additionally, Magida, Sandbach, JK, Rich Ryan, and Pelayo Menendez Fernandez have all earned spots in the Top 10.

This month introduces some fresh names to the rankings, including Beau Willis, Marcus Wallace, Florian Gast, and Kevin Gregory. Notably, “Bubbles” amazed both the community and our pollsters with a DEKA Strong World Championship victory and 5 additional doubles wins.

Also receiving votes this month are Eugenio Bianchi, Jarrett Newby, Veejay Jones, Austin Azar, Harry Thompson, Anass Zouhry, Isaac Sanderson, Chris Woolley, and Joffrey Voisin.
