Here is the DEKA World Championship outlook on the men’s side. As was the case in the women’s field, there are some stacked age groups that will see a number of their members toeing the Elite line on race day, but that also means there will be some competitors who are just outside of the Elite rankings who will do some serious damage in AG.  

For 2023, the Top 20 in each AG (up from the Top 12 in 2022)  will get a bid to the World Championships. 

Plenty of time for things to move and shake on the leaderboard before the qualification period ends, but as of July 28, here’s how things are stacking up.  

Note: The DEKA leaderboard doesn’t distinguish between Elite and AG. Knowing this, we’ve taken the Top 20 on the OVERALL leaderboard in ANY of the 3 events (STRONG, MILE, FIT). out of Triple Crown contention. (For example, Ryan Kent)
