We sit down with Spencer from The Rocky Mountain Games. A unique two-day hybrid competition, testing overall fitness in both the outdoor elements and in the gym.

The Rocky Mountain Games will test individuals in strongman, endurance, and Functional Fitness components that will ultimately decide the most versatile athlete.

It takes place on Praire Mountain and Rise Athlete Gym in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on June 22nd and 23rd.

Cash Prizes:

Elite Male/Female 1st place will take home $1000 cash.
RX & Masters Male/Female 1st place will take home $500 cash.
