The Hybrid Games London Results

The Hybrid Games UK launched earlier this year, and the London event marked the fourth race in the new series. The competition was originally scheduled for ExCeL but was later moved to Olympia for reasons that were not disclosed. Across two days of racing, a total of 1,967 athletes finished the event.

What Is The Hybrid Games?

The Hybrid Games format combines repeated run segments with a sequence of strength and conditioning stations. Athletes move between 600 meter runs and functional movements before a final sprint to the finish. The structure is similar to HYROX but uses shorter run intervals and a ten station layout instead of eight. Previous editions included nine stations. Beginning with the London event the organizers have expanded the format to ten with the addition of the Sled Pull.
